Modern Property was looking for a very modern, simple approach to get leads quickly. They also requested a way to get more qualified leads on the website. They also needed a simple approach to handling residential and commercial.
solution
We created a beautiful modern 4 page website with their branding elements and colors in place. We decided to have two separate 'call to action' buttons for each of their audience segments; residential and commercial. These buttons take you to an integrated Cognito Form with the requirement of a $100 refundable deposit.
