How To Toggle Accounts In Tik Tok

Today we are going to show you how to add multiple accounts on TikTok and most importantly, why you should.

In the past you may have heard us talk about the Leads Accelerator. This is actually one of the necessary steps in order to generate more leads online for your local business. Before we figured this out, we did everything manually over and over again with little to now success. And if there was success, it took a ton of time. 

The goal is that once you watch this, you’ll be able to add multiple accounts on TikTok, and most importantly, switch back between your personal and business account so that you can continue to grow both audiences. 

The first thing you want to do is make sure that you have a TikTok account and, preferably, you’ve had a personal account or business account set up first. It doesn’t matter which one. Let’s say you log into TikTok. Don’t go to the Home page, that’s going to pull up your “For You” page or your Following page. Click on Me on the bottom right hand corner of the page. Make sure that whenever you are here you have everything filled out. That’s just a side note to help make things easier. 

If you want to add a new account, go to the very top of your screen where your name is. Click on your name, and it will drop down a menu. 

To add a new account, click on Add Account. 

It will then pull up multiple options for you to create an account that’s either by Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. 

If you’ve already created an account and you’re just like us who created one six or nine months ago and want to go back and forth between them pretty easily, you’ll want to click the Login button at the bottom of the screen.

That will also take you to the options page and you can sign in, either by phone number, email or username and then add the account. 

Another option, if you’d like, is clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, going down to the very bottom of the options and click add account. The process is the exact same as above. It’s going to pull up everything just like what you would if you clicked on the main home page. 

So, super easy to access and go back and forth. As you can see, we go from our personal side to our BitBranding page and it switches the account, creates the content very easily. And again, going back to the personal page, it takes just a second to switch back and forth between the accounts.

Hopefully that helped you add more accounts to TikTok. We aren’t sure exactly how many accounts you can have but we know that you can at least do 3. TikTok probably limits you just like Instagram does with 5, but go and check that out and at least toggle back and forth between your personal and your business page and continue to update content and upload content to grow your audience and drive traffic.
